Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your office?

You will find our office opposite the Job Centre on Queen Street in Morecambe.

What fees do you charge?

We do not charge any fees.

What do I have to pay upfront?

You will need to pay a deposit which is equivalent to five week’s rent and a month’s rent in advance.

Do you accept pets?

Each property is different, it is at the discretion of the landlord and can be discussed further.

Do you accept DHS, Universal Credit, Housing Benefit?

Yes we do.

How much notice do I have to give?

If you wish to vacate the property on the last day of your fixed term tenancy, we would require fourteen days notice in writing.

If you wish to terminate your Tenancy after the initial six month period, we would require one months’ notice in writing.

Can we decorate?

Each property is different, it is at the discretion of the landlord and can be discussed further.
